About Us

As we advance in years, most of us will start to need a little extra help in our day-to-day lives. Hillendale Home Care is committed to maximizing the independence and autonomy of our clients. Care begins with a FREE assessment visit. During this visit, a Care Plan is written. The Care Plan addresses the client’s needs in Activities of Daily Living (ADLS) (such as bathing and dressing) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLS) (such as managing meal preparation and shopping).The client and family members are encouraged to assist with the Care Plan formation to give everyone a clear path of duties and responsibilities.

Hillendale home Care services are available on a temporary and long term basis and all cases are under an RN supervision. A free assessment plan is developed to provide our caregivers with all information necessary to provide quality, caring, and reliable assistance in our client's homes. All care attendants are background checked, bonded, insured and supervised by an RN and case management team.

Hillendale Home Care also has an onsite training school for Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) and Home Health Aid (HHA). The school also has ongoing schedule of CEU classes. Contact us for a current class schedule or visit our website at www.hillendaleschool.com.
