Opportunity:
Mindful Littles is excited to team up with our Special Friends at Las Trampas for an important service project this winter. Each year the clients at Las Trampas help prepare around 200 blankets for Trevor's Eagle Project Foundation. These blankets will be finished by local Scouts and donated to Children's Hospitals to help keep their patients warm this winter.
What you will do:
· Practice fun mindfulness games and activities
· Connect with adults who have developmental disabilities
· Assist with prepping and cutting blankets for Trevor's Eagle Blanket Foundation
This workshop will leave you with a warm fuzzy feeling. Get ready to have fun and make some new friends!

What should I bring into the event?
Water and any snacks needed for your kids. Please also wear comfortable clothes.
Is there a cost to participate?
No, we just ask that you bring an open mind and warm heart.
Ages: Families with kids 4-11 years old. Children must be accompanied by an adult
Time Commitment: One hour
