Walnut Creek Walks With Mayor Bob Simmons

Water, water anywhere? A hike in Shell Ridge Open Space. This hike goes past five ponds in the open space, but whether there is water in those ponds remains to be seen. The total walk is about 3.5 to 4 miles, with some elevation. Some of it is on fire roads and some of the walk is on single track trails. Sturdy walking shoes are encourages.
