Summer Sounds @ Lesher Center Plaza

Summer Sounds @ Lesher Center Plaza returns with a third season of phenomenal musical performances by a stellar line-up of talented artists. Held outside the Lesher Center on Lesher Center Plaza, each group performs 5:30 to 7 PM on consecutive Thursdays from June 22 through July 27, excluding July 13, 2017. Kicking off the series is Anthony Paule Soul Orchestra featuring Frank Bey. Dirty Cello follows bringing the world a high energy and unique spin on blues and bluegrass. Then, The HillBenders with their unique bluegrass rendition of The Who?s ?Tommy?. Box Set Duo-Trio who have performed with Dave Matthews Band, Barenaked Ladies and Willie Nelson continues the series, and Tumbledown House with their perfect sonic landscapes, will headline the closing concert.
The concerts are presented by the City of Walnut Creek, Lesher Center for the Arts, Diablo Regional Arts Association and Rudney Associates.
Beverages including beer and wine are available.
