Soaps & Comfort Kits for At-Risk Youth

Join Mindful Littles for a fun afternoon where we will DO GOOD and leave FEELING GOOD too! We will be making soap bars and assembling comfort kits full of kindness for Occupational Therapy Training Program (OTTP-SF). OTTP is a non-profit organization based in San Francisco providing vocational opportunities and mental health resources for the most vulnerable youth impacted by trauma.

What you will do:

• Learn about OOTP-SF and the importance of giving back
• Participate in fun compassion and mindfulness activities
• Make soothing, comforting soaps
• Assemble gift packages and make heart-warming cards for at-risk youth.
