Senior Rally Day

The Seniors Count Coalition is hosting SENIOR RALLY DAY at the state capital on Thursday, May 11.  Thanks to the Area Agency on Aging and the Central County Senior Coalition there will be a chartered bus available to take seniors, and others who want to advocate on behalf of issues important to seniors, to Sacramento that day.  Meals on Wheels and Senior Outreach Services will be accepting reservations for the bus departing from the Pleasant Hill Community Center at 8:30am.
 
The Rally will feature a series of incredible speakers providing information on Social Security, Medicare, Advocacy and California senior priorities.  A free box lunch will provided with each registration.
