Rachael Cabreira RN,BSN,MSN,FNP-C, Certified Sexual Health Clinician, is proud and excited to share her dedication, passion, and expertise to the opening of her new private practice, Innovative Wellness Inc ANC, located in Walnut Creek, collaborated with a multi-disciplinary team including her supervising Physician and Board of Medical Directors. Over 19 years in practice, and inspired by all of her patients and their unique needs, she is now offering a holistic, multi-disciplinary, integrative approach of care to empower women and men, who suffer from urological, pelvic and sexual dysfunction, and other related disease processes, offering choices, options, and resources to enhance quality of life. Innovative Wellness Inc. ANC is passionate about bringing freedom and dignity to women and men, and our goal is to help optimize success of patient’s health care needs. We will be celebrating with a ribbon cutting ceremony on October 2nd, 2018.
