Heartful Connections with Special Friends:09/28/18

Mindful Littles is grateful to be partnering with Las Trampas to offer a unique class to connect and be heartful with friends who have developmental disabilities.

What you will do:

• Practice fun mindfulness games and activities

• Engage in creative expression with music, movement and simple art projects

• Connect with adults who have developmental disabilities

This workshop will leave you with a warm fuzzy feeling.  Get ready to have fun and make some new friends!

Who can attend the event?

Our programming is for families with kids 4-11.

What should I bring into the event?

Water and any snacks needed for your kids. Please also wear comfortable clothes.
