Go Red Community Event

All are welcome  to join John Muir Health and Sam Ramon Regional Medical Center for a FREE community event to raise awareness and show support of women's hearth health! 

This event will include

• A short wellness walk to honor those whose lives have been impacted by heart disease
• Blood pressure screenings
• Cardiologist lead education talk
• Fun exercises to get you moving
• Heart Healthy food and snacks provided by Whole Foods Market
• Raffle prizes and much more!
