FREE Women’s Self Defense Workshop

We are offering a Free 4-week self defense workshop for women. Many topics will be covered, both, in discussion groups and techniques sessions. Join one session or all sessions, the benefit is driving awareness into your subconscious! Open to women ages 13+ (age minimum is suggested due to discussion content topics - parent’s discretion superseding)

We will review:

- Situational Awareness

- Real-Life Scenarios

- Close Quarters Techniques

- Distancing

- Blocking punches and kicks

- Escapes from chokes, bear hugs, hold downs

- Striking Techniques: stance, punches, kicks, knees, elbow syndrome

No need to pre-register, just come down!
