The October Civic Affairs Forum, presented by Wells Fargo, will feature Andrew Thibault, Senior Principal, EMC Research.  Andrew will present the results of a research project to advise the Shadelands Property Owners Business Improvement District on creating a new brand to help build a dynamic business and lifestyle destination.
